High-throughput Genomics & Systems Biology

Our group develops computational systems biology models and algorithms that further the understanding of transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation using different genomics data. We have ongoing projects to investigate regulatory networks to predict new disease gene candidates and to elucidate novel functions of gene products and RNAs in different human diseases, for example lung diseases and malaria.
